I do not know if the rear pads are identical. You could poke at one of the online parts sights and see if the same part numbers come up. Brake tool? I was not aware that was such a thing, just keep changing them like I always have. The rear inboard pads can get rust bound in teh caliper slot. So some lithium or copper grease there for the pad backing edge contact is adviseable.
Front, remove two rubber weather shields on the back side of the caliper, using, 8?mm hex key, remove two guide bolts. Remove spring on outer pad, before this, note how to put it back. Slide off caliper, leaving our pad behind on if thats the way that it wants to go. Suspend caliper on a wire. You know the drill. The inner pad has a retention spring. You need to move it away from the piston to disengage it. I suggest brake lube or copper grease on capilper to caliper carrier sliding points and where the pads edges rest. I would use some lithium grease on the guide bolts, but perhaps leave the threads dry, I would have to study that and decide. Perhaps some silicone on the weather plugs. Don't know the hex torques, keep the manual at the office.
