No, not the blow-off valve return hose.
although, i do have that removed, but the little air inlet that remains
open...i plugged up, so no unfiltered air enters the engine :)
what i am talking about is the hose off of the wastegate.
if you put a valve on that hose, you can control the amount of boost
that your turbo puts out (up to the 15psi fuel cut-off) by tricking
the computer into thinking that not enough boost is being supplied.
