I have same issue; good to see post. Mine started after car took quite a beating trying to avoid a pileup in a blizzard (we did avoid pileup). She rolled several times, ended up resting on passenger side on top of a glacial erratic. Most of obvious body damage was to passenger side, front bumper cover, driver’s side, but roof and rear also took some lesser hits, so I’m attributing it to various jerks/blows. (Have a sliding glass sunroof; ever since accident, sunshade won’t slide closed. Sunroof works fine. Thus, blows/effects all over.) I’m thinking it will be a manual adjustment, that something is enough out of line to take the first “lock” instruction, yet doesn’t hold. Haven’t had opportunity to address yet, but will repost if I get it fixed.
