you have a water leak... try to find where the water is coming in by feeling around after a rain ... sunroof drains have to be clear... vapor barriers inside the door panels are important to keep the water that runs into the doors to exit outside the car not inside the door panels they can become unglued and damaged when repairs are done like window regulators and latches ...
also make sure that your AC is draining outside the car.. that the drain is not blocked and letting condensate into your car
