Thank you for all the information. I LOVE these ideas and some day after the kids get out of college and when I turn my car into a track star i will look into these upgrades!!! It turns out my issue is with the wastgate that isn't working well (pretty good considering the car is almost 20 years old and I never had to change it). So I am in the process of installing a new one and will see what happens.
I like the idea of a larger Turbo and all the upgrades however with all these engine upgrades I am going to have to upgrade the suspension which I really don't want to do since where I live (Chicago area) has some of the worst streets in the country and anything stiffer than my Bilstein set up will knock my fillings out. Also my other concern, especially with a 19T Turbo, which I was seriously considering, is the amount of city driving I do. The beauty of my set up now is that every time I drive my Viggen I have a big smile on my face. The range of the Turbo is perfect for city driving with great boost and GREAT low to mid range acceleration. The Maptun Stage 3 I have on my car seems to have eliminated the Turbo lag and the car is brilliant otherwise. Besides, as much as I'd like to, I don't have anywhere around here where I can go 120+MPH.
I am hoping my TD04 is fine for now, and seems to be the right fit for exciting city driving. I would love to see your cars, they all sound like a blast. Do you take them out on the track?
Thank you again for the advice and I will definitely keep them in mind for my next upgrade!!! Thank you!!
