Hello,
So the potential culprits would be dice or twice. Dice actually controls the lights but Twice can activate the flashers also even though it is not shown on the wiring diagram. I do not have my manuals with me but I assume it is a bus message. If it was a newer car (2001 up) with onstar that was the common failure point for random flashers. Other than swapping parts a Tech 2 is needed. Actually it is needed to switch either of those control modules. Good Luck, Bernie
