5w30 at those temperatures would be fine. I, and many other members on this board prefer synthetic oil. Also be sure to get a good oil filter. Don't settle for Fram, as they now use cardboard on the bottom and top of the interior filter element. As far as synthetic goes, many use Mobil 1, it is easy to get. I use Amsoil and so do others. This oil can be purchased online or through catalogs. If you go online and want to get more information, try http://www.amsoil.com. You will need a number to make an order feel free to use mine if you decide to go with this oil. #521498. Scott if I am out of line here please let me know. You need to decide for yourself if this oil meets your needs. I am sure you will be quite happy with it. I won't go into detail on this BB, I am trying to stay within the rules. If you, or anyone else, want more information e-mail me at bryanandchrissy@hotmail.com, I will be happy to go into detail. good luck.
