Hello,
It is possible the scanner cannot read the car correctly. The standardized Data Link Connector and obd2 started in 1996 and you have a 1995. Saab always used that connector in the ng900 and yes your car does not have a sensor 2. It could be that the scanner can't read it and just sets that code in display. Is the light on now? You symptom could be a crankshaft position sensor. It happens on these cars just not as often as the 1999 and up cars. Good Luck, Bernie
