If you have luck sourcing that dimpled insert sections let us know. As I said I doubt Lseat will have that but they do have the pattern for Viggen seats. I just picked up a very worn 99 Viggen and any whole leather seat will be an improvement on that. Orio/Saab parts did have some seat covers a year or so ago for the Viggen but they were quite pricey. They show some as discontinued and some as back ordered so something may be available there. But I did not pay attention to which color combinations were which on there sight.
Unfortunately there are not many quality upholstery shops around any more. Here in Pittsburgh we do have a good one left and at work we have sent him old 911 dashes, seats and even some seats and a dash from a Dino 308 and he does great work. But on my Saab's and customer Saab's I just install the covers myself but I am not replacing sections that are worn out or anything. But I was sewing elastic straps in a Ferrari convertible top today. Good Luck, Bernie
