sounds to me like your a tool who dosn't do his research or his maintenance
if you had your car in at regular intervals you wouldnt need new rotors, the ecm is a problem thats being paid by SAAB, which is something most other automakers wouldnt do, so its no problem, you need a head gasket, which sucks but not that uncommon in alot of cars. It sounds like your biggest gripe is the resale value but thats something you should ALWAYS check out before buying a car if you are not going to hold on to it for a long time, there are alot of cars that lose value quickly. You sound like someone who is destined to be dissapointed no matter what you buy because you dont understand how to take care of a car nor do you understand the economics of depreciation. If you want a heartstopper look at the depreciation on a porsche 928 (when they were making them) they started at 80K and within a year were worth 50K but thats what happens whenever you buy a specialty car, which is what SAAB is. Bleh, I could go on all day but I'll just end with, good luck, I'm glad the next car you'll be abuseing wont be a SAAB.
