As stated in the previous message. Remove the part that was being held by the bolt. Be prepared for other bolts breaking. If these are head bolts and not header bolts, I would not advise the average do it yourselfer to remove the head. Use plenty of good penetrating oil, the rust penetrant by Gunk in the yellow can works very well. Soak all bolts you will be removing to allow removal of part. If there is a stub use the vise-grips as mentioned in the previous message. If not, get a quality easy out, the standard crafstman ones are not that good at all, (I know from experience). Select an appropriate drill bit, drill a hole in the shaft of the bolt that broke off, be carefull not to mangle the threads in the head. use the easy out carefully and you should be well on your way. For re-installation I would recomend new bolts. Good Luck.
