To the best of my knowledge, each hoop of the top is a bow, and the 5th one is the last (under the window). There was a customer satisfaction campaign for this (#450). The motor is attached to the tonneau cover and operates the latches that lock the base of the top to the tonneau (when closed). The dealer can tell you if it was done, based on the car's VIN. Mine was.
The other thing with 95's is the motor/mechanism for the tonneau cover. I've been wrestling with this one for about a month now. The bracket gets deformed over time, and the motor doesn't mesh properly with the gearbox/drive mechanism that raises the tonneau. The common symptom is a shudder or ratcheting noise when the tonneau raises. There was a reinforcement kit for this, but I don't think it was recorded as a recall, so the dealer may not know whether it was done for your car or not. Mine wasn't.
If you are really interested in the car, you can get into the trunk and see if this work was done, but you have to take out the right side trim to do it, and know exactly what you're looking for. Let me know if you need specific instructions. Most owners will probably be nervous about a buyer digging around in there and taking pieces out.
