Just purchased a '96 Saab 900S from its second owner. When I asked him if he had ever replaced the battery, he said that he hadn't and thought it was probably the original battery, which would make the battery 5 years old. Does anyone know what the battery life is of an original Saab battery? Is there any way to tell the purchase date from looking at the battery itself? Thanks
