With my 95SET they were described as leather faced. So I assume that means only the two main seat bottom and back surfaces.

After a few years my leather started to feel hard. I used lexol (sp?) and it helped a lot. The dry feeling was eliminated right sway, but over a period or perhaps a month the leather continued to feel softer. I have not retreated the leather since as it still feels good. So the results seem very persistant.
