When the warraty is gone it is gone... well most always.

If you are not into doing your own repairs, just take it to the dealer.

If you do your own work, then feel the pullies with the slack adjuster pulled back. If they feel dry and spin forever and/or feel wobbely, replace them. If not the pullies, try turing the other belt driven accessories by hand to see if any of them feel strange. Lastly you cau clear the belt from the crankshaft pully and startup for a bit to determine that the engine itself is not making the sound. You could do this then leave the engine overnight to get cold, then start it up.
