Rear control arm bushings are the large round bushings which are pressed into the rearmost ends of the radius control arm. These arms (1 per side) attach from the forward control arm (which comes from the center of the car outwards to the ball joint), right near the ball joint and go back to the body of the car, on the back end of the subframe. The prevent/absorb movement of the wheel in the front to back direction as you hit bumps.
Hope this makes sense.
Nick.
