Yes, open the hood...they are the 3 bolts that surround the strut top in a triangular orientation.
In my case I found that one side had worked itself loose, and the mount had actually slid backwards in its space.
So I loosened all the bolts fully, bounced on the bumper and watched the strut mount center itself, and retorqued it to 18 ft lbs. I later removed each bolt and reinstalled/retorqued with blue Loctite on the threads.
If your mounts knock, be advised this was not a fix for that, you will require new mounts if that is the case. My mounts were good, replaced by the prev owner at 70K, car now has 98K. But fixing the loose bolts here cleared up my residual steering vibration which was only partially cleared up by replacing my badly worn rear control arm bushings.
