Your story just doesnt surprise me. I seen the kind of fluids/oils used in their "Maintenance and Service programs." One time I seen dealer techs using wolfheads brand oil in saab turbo engines and then go charging $34 for oil changes. Same dealership even told me its exclusively used in porsche 911s, even though those cars call for synthetic. NEver will I bring my car to dealer for oil change.
