I'm sorry, i didn't read your question correctly- must be tired. The bumper is pretty easy to take off. You'll have to unscrew the wheel wells from the bumper and i think the bumper from the undertray as well. Take the grille and headlights out and you'll see the two big bolts that hold the bumper to the frame of the car. Take those out.
Make sure to disonnect the outside air temperature sensor from the bumper before you go to take it off. It's underneath the front lisence plate.
After you have all of the little screws and the two big bolts out you have to pull the bumpers away from the body near the wheel well. Then the bumper should be ready to just slide out.
When you have the bumper off you should probably replace all of your bulbs in your fog lamps because i don't think there would be an easier time to do it. I'm sorry if i've forgotten any steps as it's been about a year since i took mine off last. It's pretty straightforward though- i took mine off without any instructions. Common sense will get you pretty far on this job.
