I have a 97 SET and love it. One thing which you may not otherwise do this time of year is check the air-conditioning. Make sure you override the temp control and put it on LO, then check for cold air for a good 10 minutes or so. And be sure they haven't recently added refridgerant as that will mask problems. A/C is VERY expensive to fix. (I know from experience).
Also, be sure to use the right kind of tires.... If you live in cold country best to have both summer 16" tires and winter 15". If you're in a tweener zone consider using a slightly larger than recommended all-season tire such as Dunlup SP5000, Mich Pilot Sport A/S or Sumitomo HTR+ in a 205/55/16. Many on this board use that size with success. (They don't seem to make the best all-season tires in the recommended 205/50/16 configuration)
Good luck!
