bungled windshield replacement...

I had my 900's windshield replaced today by Safelite Autoglass mobile service in Portland, OR. The installer had a difficult time removing the old windshield (which had been replaced by the same company about 4 years ago). He ended up using a reciprocating saw to cut the windshield away from the car along the windshield's top edge. He managed to nick the headliner while doing this. Also, when removing the plastic A-pillar trim, he managed to break clips on the passenger side, so he couldn't re-install it properly. Instead he glued it in place, but it isn't properly in place. Finally, the molding along the bottom of the windshield which is supposed to meet up with the cowl doesn't meet up.
The glass replacement was paie for by my comprehensive insurance, I paid just a $100 deductable. The insurance company has a "100% satisfaction guarantee" and I know i can get the car repaired to my satisfaction, I'm just sad to have the hassle.
I get too concerned about and wrapped up in my car. I need to learn to just let it go...
Have a great weekend
