What about colorsanding and buffing?

I don't know if that can be done on those parts, but if there is enough paint applied to them, you can wetsand then buff it down to a mirrory finish. You might want to talk to another painter and find out how they'd correct the problem.
Claying probably won't do anything. It's made to remove surface contaminents like tree sap and tar specs. A sealant like KSG might spruce up the parts a little but it's not formulated to polish paint and restore the shine.
What about having a clearcoat shot onto the parts? That'll add some shine. Again, a painter would know better but I thought I'd throw out the idea.
