AT&T has its existing TDMA digital/analong AMPS network which is nationwide and works well. If you need/want service everywhere, stick with the TDMA handsets. For Nokia this is the 3560.
AT&T M-life handsets operate on their new GSM network and are not cross compatible with AT&T's existing TDMA network. The Nokia 3650 is one of their new M-life handsets, comes with the little camera, color display, bluetooth, etc. The SX56 works on the GSM network as well.
These new phones are cool but perhaps you should decide when and where you need to use a phone, then look at the phones that work there. AT&Ts GSM network is brand new and coverage is far behind the existing TDMA network. Make sure you consider network coverage before plunking down the $450 or so on that Siemens unit.
