Swedish, German, or French speakers? Aspheric mirror?

In the U.S., the driver's mirror is flat. However, in many countries, the driver's mirror is aspherical (similar to the passenger side mirror in newer SAAB's). The mirror is flat except for the outer (lateral) part which is aspheric. The blind spot is so small that another car can't hide.
I won't be going to Europe anytime soon. I would like to e-mail a dealer but don't know any foreign languages well enough. The UK and Irish dealers probably only have parts for right hand drive cars.
Can anyone translate a short message for me, asking if they have such a part, the part number, and the costs? In French, the mirrors are called retroviseurs exterieurs aspheriques in the plural, but I don't know how to say "driver's side".
Once I get information and the part, I can post in case others want to do the same.
