Switching tires - rally style ?

I had an idea the other day. I was watching the WRC Rally on Speedchannel the other night. I watched a driver, who had a flat, put a new tire on. He used what appeared to be a normal cordless drill, with a socket attachment for the lug bolts I don't know if he hand tightened after, but I thought that it looked like a great way to do my snow tires, since that time is rapidly approaching. Since we put them on two cars, thats about 40 bolts. Sure would be nice to have some powered assistance (good workout done manually though). I am not about to buy a compressor and air tools, however.
Anyone have any ideas how this can be done? I would need some type of driver, probably 1/2" drive to go into my 3/8" drill.
Thanks,
Brian
