The serp belt and pulley have their analogs on the Acura (timing belt and water pump)...apparently, you just didn't put enough miles on it to get to that point. The leaky gasket is a known, unfortunate problem with the Saabs (probably a '99, right?). I'm sorry about the alternator and headlight bulb, but as I'm sure you know, these things do wear out over time. My coworker just replaced the alternator on his Honda, and a lightbulb is just a lightbulb.
But beyond all that, if you've only had the car for a month, I'd wonder about who sold it to you. It just seems like there was a lot that was hidden from you. Replacing the serpentine belt is not something that just springs up on you; it's part of regular maintenance. It should be inspected at 10k intervals and changed at 60k intervals. I'm sure the gasket didn't start leaking within the last month, either. In Massachusetts, any dealer that sells you a used car is required to give you a full warranty for the first month...who did you buy it from, and do you have any similar protection?
If not, there's not much you can do about it now, but what you're seeing are the costs of buying a used car. There's always something hidden in there that's going to cost you money. Hopefully, once you get it all taken care of, the car will be less of a money pit.
