Good luck Mike. I actually really got into and liked 1st year torts. It was my best grade in law school yet. I just took my Advanced Torts test on Thursday. Cool class but hard - covers still evolving and unsettled areas of tort like nuisance, strict liability, product liability, defamation, etc. Mike, what classes did you like and dislike so far? I found Property too arcane, and Civ pro was just word fog. Contracts was ok though, very based in real life and things I can imagine doing. You're lucky you get to type. I sat and wrote for 3.5 hours straight on Thursday - it wasnt the subject matter that sucked, it was the hand cramp after.

Anyways, if you have any questions or want to vent, give me a holler.
