Go out to the PayPal site and file a complaint. I've done this in the past for bad communication issues, and the sellers seem to respond to the queries from PayPal pretty quickly.

Also, I suggest NOT using anything other than a credit card for on-line transactions with PayPal. That way, you have protection against sellers not shipping the product to you, and the credit card company usually dukes it out with them after they give you a credit. I disputed a transaction with a seller through my credit card company (BofA) and they credited my account for the full transaction amount and said they would handle it from there. The seller eventually cut me a check and it cleared the bank.
