some of us don't feel that way. I have had extremely good luck with the dealers I have used, now and in the past. They are Saab of Milford (formerly Orange), Connecticut, Saab of Vero Beach, Florida; Dorchel Saab, Rochester, NY; Sewell Saab, Dallas, TX. It is unfair to slam dealer service techs like this.If you have a specific problem with a dealer that you can't resolve then come to the B/Bs for advice. This is nothing against Indies either. I would use an Indy if I wanted. I have chosen to use the dealer shops and their prices have not been bad either. I have said before that in CT I compared Saab's hourly rate to Pep Boys and Saab's was cheaper.
