WD-40 works great for taking off that sticky residue after the tint has been peeled off. Just spray some on, let it sit for a minuete or so, then scrape the residue off with a fresh razor blade. The WD-40 isn't harsh at all, but you'll still have to clean the window with Windex at least twice.
