Just be careful CT is the state with the "Road Rage Law". Stupid isn't it. Good Luck! Next you decide to stop take down the other vehicle's license plate number and report it to the police. I have in the past and although they might not get fined or anything. At least the police can make a record of the situation and you can rest knowing the police are on your side and these jerks can't make false claims and get you in trouble. Lasly the police will call the owner of the vehicle and tell them their vehicle was involved in a situation and if it's kids then mommy and daddy can take their car away.
