Most local judges are very pro-tenant and will ALWAYS side against the landlord. Let your attorney handle it, and make sure they know local real estate/tenancy laws. There are specific rules for written notice to tenants and time to cure defaults specified in the law and not necessarily the lease, the law controls. Common sense and fairness have no standing in this area.
The advice below about her returning next month and claiming she never moved could cause you trouble, especially if she shows up in court with cash to "cure" her default. And then the value of her possessions will go up significantly when after you have trashed them. Better to put them in storage for a few months. Also, you can subscribe to a service that prescreens tenants and report her so that it can be hard for her to rent somewhere else.
