The lure of more money is making you lose track of your priorities..!!

Or is it? What are your priorities?

You will lose sight of your family. Will never see your kids during the week (unless they are teenagers and go to bed after you do...).

I have a 45 min. commute both ways. Something comes up at work, I leave later, get home and the kids are in bed, wife is upset (even though she tries not to be and says she understands) tired and frustrated, I do not get laid, I get frustrated,...

I consider myslef at the limit of what is do-able. It has no impact on myself. I can take the commute, and most of the time enjoy it (2003 9-5) as it is some time to myself. However, my family feels it.

Oh! And I forgot to mention my job suits me to a tee! Good pay, nice responsabilities, good boss.

Do not think about yourself. YOU can do it. Can your family take it?
