Body roll is how much a certain vehicle will lean from one side to the other during a corner, regardless of the speed. Take a look at a RV during a turn/corner...there is tons of body roll. Take a look at an indy race car during a turn/corner...there is minimal body roll. It all revolves around the location of the center of gravity. Saabs handle so well because (generally speaking) the center of gravity is positioned at the driver's hips. Saab pointed this out in several of their brochures a few years ago.
Extensive body roll can cause the vehicle to flip or roll over. I don't know that I've ever really heard of "too little" body roll, but I imagine that's partially personal preference. I don't exactly know how to describe the feeling of body roll, but now that you hopefully have a basic grasp of the whole concept, you can identify that certain feeling while driving.
I am certainly no expert when it comes to this sort of thing, so my brief elaboration is very primitive. There are others here on this board that are much more qualified to answer this question, but I offer the aforementioned information simply as a starting point. Drive safely, and KEEP ON SAABING!!!
