Tire saga continues

Dealer after much cajoling agreed to pay my share of the pro-rated warrantee for my front Pirelli Rosso tires. Well the dealer can’t install tires on an Aero and sent it to a gas station (does it get any less professional) that struggled and gouged the inside of the rims. Dealer said never had problems there but will consider not using them in the future and may buy a machine.
I had terrible vibrations and went back to the dealer who rebalanced the wheels. Tech said the rims are true, but they were 2 ounces out of balance.
Still have vibrations. Pirelli says go to Pirelli dealer for inspection. Tire dealer says rims are bent, but tires should be removed and rim trueness rechecked to be certain. Can improperly mounting a tire and/or over-tightening the lugs cause the rim to bend? The car was smooth up at 90-100 before the front tires were replaced.
Tire place noticed that right rear tire has a flipped belt on it inner side. Thinks belt has been flipped for a while.
Now 3 of 4 tires bad before 16K miles...and I have only had the car for 10K. This makes me second guess buying CPO over new. Not to mention that at the 10K service (went in at 11.5K) the dealer should have noticed the fronts at the wear bars and the rear belt issue. Saab does pay the dealer for the 10K service. (I would find another dealer, but other NY area Saab owners tell me this is the best of a bad bunch.)
