. . . and they do not show as suitcases like in OS9. However, wheen I got info about the font, using Ariel as the example, it shows that it is a font suitcase. It however has an icon that looks like a piece of paper folded over in the upper RH corner with a capital A on it.
What my rambling boils down to is that I do not think you can merely move suitcases from the OS9 system to the OSX system folder.
I don't know how much this helps, but I am guessing you'll have to install the fonts in the OSX system using a font installer. Using MSWord, for example, I think you have to istall the extra stuff to get all the fonts installed. Good luck!
