I haven't found any yet. At least not inexpensive ones.
Studs and nuts wouldn't be an easy alternative due to that the cylinder head needs to be curved around the timing chain guides when placed on the engine block. You can't drop the head straight down.
Using studs you would have to place the head on the engine and install the studs after that. I think it would be difficult to get the right amount of torque onto the studs by just what's sticking up out of the head to grab onto.
