Jenn air s$cks. Our builder sold us on them and we have the double oven, stovetop and dishwasher - NEVER again. The stove has had 3 repairs in 2 years at $100 service call each time. The LCD in the stove went out in half our 35 home neighborhood where most people got the Jenn air SS appliances. The dishwasher is loud. Way over-rated as you said. Next time I am getting Wolf appliances.

There is a product made specifically for stainless steel sold at Sears that works pretty well. Steel wool or a brillo pad could rub out some small scratches, but test this first and be careful when using it so as not to worsen the spot.

FYI - Jenn air is Maytag and Amana -- Stay away!
