Just a note of warning to all TSN buyers. The individual Kevin Stearns who has a Postal Box in Pike NY, who listed a classified Parts listing on TSN, has not kept to his word for a transaction we agreed upon.

We agreed that I would buy a set of headlights for my '91 9kT. He asked for a Postal Money Order for $100 (shipping included). I sent it via USPS to his postal box in Pike NY. After 3 weeks I recieved the lights, both of which were completely broken. (Lights were placed in a box with no/little packing). I emailed him and aksed for a good set or a refund in full. He agreed, and would sent it out "asap".

It has been four months now, and nothing. I have emailed him (saabturbodreams -at- yahoo) almost 25 times now. I have called his TSN listed number (585.750.5947) and left 15+ voise messages with no return or answer. AOL Instant Messager name "MMathers31", sent many messages without return.

If anyone has other contact info from dealing with him, I would appreciate you email me back. Also, I plan to take further legal action, does anyone have any suggestions? My email address is provided, click my bolded name above.
