The question is what jurisdiction? Justin's? The seller's? Is it considered mail fraud in any way? I'm not a lawyer - just guessing.

Justin - that really stinks. I just had a similar situation with Saab floor mats for my '83 900. I used Paypal and had to file a Paypal complaint which finally got the seller off his posterior. I received the mats and they weren't quite what was advertised in terms of their condition. I bought them primarily for winter use so I guess I don't care too much. I just wish people would be honest. And pack things properly. I go to the "nth" degree to pack stuff well when I sell on Ebay and elsewhere.
