gets used in all my cars at every oil change.
A good fuel system cleaner should be used at every oil change as they are not terribly expensive, will not hurt anything, will remove water from the fuel system if present, and will clean the fuel system if needed.
I don't know if I am just wasting money, but I have never had a fuel system problem in over 400,000 accumulated car miles.
