I understand your feelings about your 900. After I sold mine, every time I see a black 900S (old body style) driving by, I wonder--is that mine? Did they take good care of it?

Good for your wife to get the plate number--that's ridiculous to drive off like that!

I got rearended once--by a guy who had just been released from prison after being incarcerated for 25 years for murder. Turns out that the put the wrong guy in jail, and he was just freed earlier that week (a la Hurricane Carter). He was really out of practice driving ...

Good luck with your cars--I'm sure it'll all work out fine. And days like that can help us appreciate all the other days where "nothing" happens.
