I can see if they are not resposible for damage, but disapearance? It doesn't matter if it's cash, diamonds, or electronics when it comes to disappearance, right?

If airlines can be this lame when it comes to their own employees stealing, than I say go ahead and file bankrupcy! and if it's airport employees, than I say let the airlines file bankrupcy and loose that airport usage tax!

I'm bitter against airlines because they start charging for ludgage when your (my) ski/snowboard bag is weighing more than 50lbs. Why don't they weight me, my carry on, and my check in's total weight? Because I'm skinny enought that total weight is sometimes lighter than some people's weight alone (including people trying to charge me)... I'm glad to see airlines with these kind of cost/price structure go under.
