Car title

My 94 9k cs n/a was wrecked this past December. I am selling it as parts.
I received an interesting proposition. Someone wants to buy the title. He bought a 94 9k from a junk yard which he apparently restored to life. But the junk yard didn't have the title or didn't want to sell him the title. He wants to buy mine.
We all know the title doesn't match the VIN. That's his problem. He says he hates to see a running vehicle going to waste. He just wants to register the car so he can drive it. Wrong VIN doesn't matter. He is in Wisconsin.
I'd like to help him but want to make sure I don't do anything wrong selling him the title. Also wouldn't the junk remover demands the tile of my 9k when he eventully removes it from my garage?
Advice is appreciated.
