Why are so many manufacturers going to wheel bolts rather than stud/nut design. Isn't the stud/nut design stronger?
Why are some ignition switches on the door side of the steering wheel? e.g. Porsche & older sports cars.
Why do some cars have the rear interior door lock at the rear end of the door? e.g. Jaguar & Volvo.
Why do some cars have the gas filler pipe on the left & others on the right. Seems like Euro cars are on the right & Asian on the left. And why are they so often placed like an afterthought on the side of the car? Remember when they used to put them behind the licsense plate or was somehow integrated into the design of the car?
