long story, but to make it short - they close at 5, and had my car last friday. I was on a train from Boston to Providence and the train was delayed, my cell phone died, i borrowed one from a person on the train. I was going to be late, so I called Wigwam, said that if you could hang out till i get there i would appreciate it. They said we close at 5, i said, if you can't stay, then let me know now so I don't end up stuck in providence without a phone an hour from home, and I should be there around 5:30. They said they would stay. Well, I got down there at 5:36, and they were shut down. So I had to hoof it to the walgreens up the road, change some quarters, and make a call on the payphone for a ride, which came from an hour away. I was so irritated, especially since I had to go to VT the next day with my father and I was supposed to be at his house in CT at 6 AM.

The next day I picked up my car at 7:30 and was talking to the service employee there, and I said I wanted to speak to the owner or a manager. WHen I said this, an older man walked out to the back of the shop. Turns out, he was the owner!

When he came back out, I asked him if he didn't hear me or what his problem was walking away like that. I reexplained how irrittaed i was (i wasn't exactly calm either), and then basically said you lost a customer.

The worst thing is that they said they would wait and they didn't i can understand having to shut down the operation at the closing time, but then at least let me know. They knew i was coming down. I didnt even recieve a courtesy call from them to let me know that they were leaving. They said they would wait, then vanished.

I'm not a compalining kind of person, but I will be honest that at both the saab dealerships I have dealt with so far, I have had a rough time.
