Key bits on info peppered here and there. And certain quotes seem to be wrong.
So whose most at fault? Lead car for driving after marijuana consumption or trailing car for following too close? I drove once having smoked some fancy herbs. Felt exactly like Cheech and Chung. Going 30 feels like your flying and you can't stop laughing... (long time ago)
Anyone follows me too close at night, I flip the rear view mirror and make sure I stay safe. People following at night have this tendancy to follow close since all they have to do is follow the red lights. Once one realized this, one doesn't feel obligated to speed up... (anyone that has driven a snow storm knows this!)
I have problems thinking that the accused should be found guilty. Might have been different if he wasn't driving a Lancer EVO: one mean car!!!
Find others guilty for your own lack of responsibility. Hopefully, we are moving away from such turpitude.
