Here is your help with the wife issue. You know your wife is cheating, now it's time to get your proof on video. This will help you confront your wife. If you show her the video and maybe she will realize she is wrong or, you can use the tape in the divorce and then you can take her car and won't need to worry about the rust spot.
Another option is to act like you know nothing about what's going on. You make her feal good. You make her think that you think she is the greatest and then sock it to her. I would not tolerate this at all. I hope you don't have any children. It is always sad when a divorce affects children. Your wife should have said she wanted out before she started cheating and lastly if things fall apart with her fling she always has you to fall back on. You can't go on like this, you need to be the strong person here and confront the situation head on. Life is too short to be worrying about your significant other treating you like roadkill.
