Yes. If I straddle the crack and switch my weight from side to side the floor compresses a little and pushes some water out. My main concern is that some of these cracks were previously "repaired" with some form of waterproofing concrete. I am guessing that these patches have been done over the course of the past 20 years, indicating that this has been going on for some time. The landlord is usually concerned about the building, we like him he likes us, but, having recently spent over $17k replacing an industrial sump he might lean towards waiting things out.
