finding its own level and eroding away whatever it can. I think this is happening under part of my driveway, but I only drive over it, not work next to it.
If you can do that with your weight there is stuff happening underneath the foundation. I'll bet there is a void area that is filling up with water. It could be several things, none of them good. Or cheap. The floor may need to be opened and cement pumped in, but the source of the water should be identifed to avoid having it just go somewhere else.
Be aware that this could be a structural issue that could ultimately affect the whole building. And with water it will only get worse. Landlord needs to address this. FYI, there could even be mold and mildew issues, which can have health impact.
